Strong Bodies Team Training

Combining Strength, conditioning, functional and body weight exercises. This all level class helps you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work. This is a child friendly session suitable for women & men.

Class Types:

Posture & Prep, Beach/Sand Training, Strength Building, Trail/Road Running, Extending Movement, Team Building, Fit2 Hike, Masters Group Training.

Fit2 Hike & Bush Walking

Fit2 Hike helps get you in top shape for outdoor vacations like mountain treks and forest hikes through personalized fitness training.

Bush walks are a great way to experience the various local coastal trails on the Bouddi/peninsula coast. Fit 2 Hike 8 week programs begin in Autumn and operate through till Spring. The walks focus on building hiking fitness and strength. We not only explore trails but learn to use hiking equipment and skills to manage in the bush. Bush Walking for a corporate group team building exercise, is also available.

Community Bush hikes are on offer, from time to time, with all proceeds going to a local Foundation Program.

 
 

Personal Training

Personal training provides you with a tailored work out to help keep you motivated and start working towards your fitness goals. As an experienced fitness professional Jacqui can offer support in areas of sports injury recovery, weight loss and muscle gain.
